JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Web Developer , who meets the general qualifications of Web Developer , Web Development . The Candidate will perform highly advanced User Experience (UX) Design tasks working as a member of a cross-functional agile team supporting multiple customers and business units. Work involves translating user goals and business objectives into online experiences that enhance the user experience. Candidate will participate in the development and analysis of business requirements, develop prototypes, mockups, wireframes, flows, style guides and design documentation.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience designing product experiences using best practices in UX design, interaction design, and web accessibility
Experience as a professional UX Designer leading the full design process from user research and interviews, insights, and strategy, to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and through to delivery of final designs.
Experience in creating conceptual models, use cases/scenarios, personas, wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, empathy maps, product roadmaps, style guides, and specification documents as part of a comprehensive design strategy
Experience in user-centered and human-centered design approaches, as well as how to optimize websites and web applications for those interactions
Experience defining success metrics with cross-functional teams to measure success of UX initiatives
Experience establishing and maintaining design standards and patterns for product areas assigned
Experience with highly complex application security requirements
Experience in using Figma or similar design tools
Experience in knowledge transfer to other UX Designers and personnel
Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
Knowledge of other web technologies, such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, REST, AJAX, XML, HTTP
Experience as a working member of an agile development team
