Wire EDM/CNC Operator Position Summary:

Entry level machine operator with the ability to learn / run multiple wire EDM machines on a continuous basis on our second shift. Ability to identify and resolve problems during a production run, read drawings, and inspect parts on a daily basis using various types of inspection equipment. Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment that is fast paced with a strong commitment and accountability. Work overtime as needed.

Wire EDM/CNC Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and switch jobs as required
• Load and unload parts
• Minor maintenance of machine
• Verify all parts are conforming before signing off on traveler
• Keep track of all scrap
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform miscellaneous duties assigned and required
• Function effectively within a team environment
• Maintain an excellent attendance record
• Daily communication with co-workers, supervisors, and across shifts

Wire EDM/CNC Operator Required Skills:

• Must have 2 yrs of experience or 2 years of CNC Machining willing to learn Wire EDM
• Must be able to read and write in the English language.
• Must have a general understanding of ISO and its process within the company
