PASSENGER SERVICE AGENTS

Job Type: Full-time/Part time

Salary: $18.00 per hour +tips

A Passenger Service Agent is responsible for the following essential functions

• To greet all passengers requesting extra assistance and using the provided equipment to create a request for wheelchair services.
• Answer questions and give directions to the general public.
• Providing service to airline passengers with disabilities, by pushing wheelchairs or escorting them as requested.
• Conduct wellness checks to ensure passengers needs are met.
• Must fulfill physical requirements, Push, pull, walk, sit and stand for long periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs or more
• Able to work in a fast- paced environment
• Need to be able to communicate effectively with passengers and team members

Airplane Cleaners

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Airplane Cleaners are responsible for the following essential functions

• Remove trash from floor, seats and visible trash from seatback pockets.
• Remove crumbs and debris from seat.
• Place armrests in down position.
• Vacuum or hokey carpeted areas if necessary.
• Spot clean soiled seat leather covers as necessary.
• Replace soiled upholstered seat covers.
• Remove lavatory trash.
• Clean sink, faucet and countertop, including soap dispenser.
• Clean mirror. Only use approved glass cleaner or soft, disposable, cleaning cloth to clean.
• Clean changing table.
• Clean toilet area (lid, seat and shroud).
• Clean floor.
• Restock lavatory supplies according to Quantities and Location Chart

Do not leave any excess supplies on the lavatory counter.
Refill soap pump with liquid soap as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Cargo Agents

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Cargo Agents are responsible for the following essential functions

• Issue air freight bookings and keep track of the shipments
• Expedite freight transportation documents
• Data entry of bookings information and keep the system updated
• Promote the products and services of all airline routes we represent to customers and prospects.
• Manage customer’s claims and follow up until issues are completely resolved
• Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer's information/data
• Support the entire team across all stations by helping with customer and freight issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

BAGGAGE SERVICE AGENTS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Baggage Service Agents are responsible for the following essential functions

• Answering general customer inquiries including flight information, directions, and checking the status of previously filed baggage claims as well as retrieving on-hand baggage for customers.
• The agents at the podium are responsible for processing all damage, pilferage and tracer claims. The agents are also responsible for the initial review and decision-making process regarding the acceptance of damage and pilferage claims per American Airlines Conditions of Carriage.
• The Baggage Service Agents are also responsible for processing Baggage Change Order and communicating with the ramp to consistently check the status of previously filed Baggage Change Orders.
• Baggage Service Agents are also responsible for reporting inoperable monitors, belts and computer equipment. The Agents are also tasked with communicating with the Tower and Fleet Service personnel regarding the inquiry of bags that are delivered late to claim.

Qualifications:

* Must be able to physically perform required work (20lb lifting requirement)

* Must have valid IDs.

* Must be able to pass State and Federal background checks.

* Professional appearance.

* Customer service skills.

* Dependable, self-motivated and responsible.

* Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule. Including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
