Our law firm is in the process of opening a new office in Sacramento! We want YOU to be our first employee of the office.
We are looking for an experience Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant or Paralegal with the following experience:
- EAMS Filing experience (DORs, Petitions, DEU Ratings, C&Rs, etc.)
- Dictations, merging, and formatting
- AME/QME Cover Letters, medical index, declarations, etc.
- Knowledge of the law (statutory deadlines, Labor Code., etc.)
- Fast learner
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- At least 1 year of WC experience preferred.
The position will be open to future promotions and increased opportunities for higher compensation. We someone who is dependable.
We are a Southern CA based law firm.
Sign-on bonus will be available after completion of requirements.
