Paul “Bo” Bollinger, Jr.

Paul “Bo” Bollinger, Jr. is executive director of Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) an award-winning nonprofit that has been providing sailing instruction for people with disabilities, wounded warriors, and children from underserved communities for the past 30-years.  Under his leadership, the organization has received millions of dollars in State, County, and City funding for the planning, design, and construction of a multi-million adaptive boating center (ABC) in Annapolis.  The new ABC will be the premier ADA facility in the country for thousands of people with disabilities to experience a wide range of recreational activities from power, paddle, to sail and radio-controlled boats.  Bo has been boating throughout the entire Chesapeake Bay since 1984 with his family and friends.
