Paul “Bo” Bollinger, Jr. is executive director of Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) an award-winning nonprofit that has been providing sailing instruction for people with disabilities, wounded warriors, and children from underserved communities for the past 30 years. Under his leadership, the organization has received millions of dollars in state, county and city funding for the planning, design and construction of a multi-million adaptive boating center (ABC) in Annapolis. The new ABC will be the premier ADA facility in the country for thousands of people with disabilities to experience a wide range of recreational activities from power, paddle, to sail and radio-controlled boats. Bo has been boating throughout the entire Chesapeake Bay since 1984 with his family and friends.
