Position Overview

Palladin Technologies is a rapidly growing Salesforce consulting firm based in Atlanta with clients across North America. The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction. This role will be tasked with managing a portfolio of accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve account growth targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create strategic accounts plans and lead business development, sales, and overall client relationships.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess clients’ needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop account-specific strategies to achieve growth targets and maintain client satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions and proposals to clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity and progress in Salesforce
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in a technology or software company
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients (up to 25%)
