About the role:

Phamily’s team is growing! We’re looking for an Account Executive to join us on our mission to transform the healthcare system to deliver proactive patient care at scale.

In this role, you’ll sign up growth and quality oriented medical practices, medical groups, hospitals and health systems to implement Phamily’s solution. You’ll help educate and persuade prospective clients on how proactive care management can help drive their financial & quality outcomes and you’ll help clients already doing Chronic Care Management see how they can do it more effectively and more efficiently using Phamily.

Ideal candidates for this role are driven by Phamily’s mission, have a SaaS sales background, a hunger for closing new deals and are interested in working at a high-growth health tech startup.


Responsibilities
:

  • Own your sales territory from end to end, i.e. from prospecting (inbound & outbound) to moving deals through the pipeline, to closing them.
  • Sell the Phamily solution to growth & profitability oriented medical groups that want to take patient care to the next level
  • Engage in a ROI & patient quality focused sale to medical groups, hospitals and health systems with between 5 -100 providers
  • Ensure proper buy-in with prospective clients from the C-suite to the end user
  • Develop a growth roadmap, financial model and implementation commitments for each prospective customer you sign up to ensure clear goals and expectations
  • Consistently deliver against your sales quota on a quarterly basis
  • Engage in multi-level selling with the client and Phamily leadership to ensure robust buy-in
  • Ensure that the customers you sign up are successful by working closely with the Customer, a Phamily Account Manager and the Phamily Customer success team.
  • Travel as needed as needed to achieve your goals
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams like Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to advocate for prospects/ customers, submit feedback, and improve the product.

About you:

  • Background in SaaS sales with a track record of consistently delivering against quota
  • Highly motivated by and interested in driving revenue, customer retention and helping customers meet their objectives.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to do your own prospecting and develop your own book of business
  • You bring an ownership mentality to your role
  • Consistently meets or exceeds quarterly and yearly revenue & growth goals.
  • Proven success navigating complex organizations and the ability to quickly identify decision makers and their decision-making process
  • Coachable - willing to work hand in hand with Phamily leadership and cross functional teams to ensure robust sales & customer success
  • Creative problem solver that uses all available resources when tackling an issue
  • Self-motivated and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where frequent changes are the norm
  • Excellent communicator with great written and verbal skills. You have no problem explaining a complex concept in a simple, easy to understand way.
  • Comfortable having tough conversations and asking probing questions to surface the root cause of issues with clients and within the Company
  • Curious with a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Takes feedback well (and gives it freely)


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Four or more years experience performing complex, multi-stakeholder sales - signing up new clients with a 3-6 month sales cycle
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Remote based role with willingness to travel (2-3x per month)
  • Willingness to travel to team meetings & offsites (2-3x per year)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling health-tech / SAAS solutions to medical groups and hospitals
  • Experience working in a startup
