The Valley Law Group (TVLG) is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. As a leading family law firm in Arizona, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of legal representation and personalized attention. Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel and represent clients in court
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Build and maintain client relationships

​​Qualifications:

  • Licensed member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (Required)
  • 1 year of family law experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Arizona family law and court procedures
  • Demonstrated track record of client satisfaction

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, a $10,000 signing bonus, 401(k) with a very generous employer match, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off (ten paid holidays per year, two weeks of vacation time, six days of sick time off days per year - almost an entire month of paid time off per year).

Additionally, we offer an attractive bonus opportunity of up to 15% of your annual salary, and the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including working from home one day per week.
