Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are searching for a talented Account Manager to become part of Peraton’s Citizens Security & Public Services, State and Local West, County of San Diego Account. This position will require that the candidate be local to the San Diego, CA area.
What you’ll do:
The Account Manager will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Serve as the single point of contact for the customer, reports to Account Executive.
- Work closely with the client leadership and technical leads to deliver contractor services.
- First point of escalation for projects.
- Becoming knowledgeable about the customer's business processes and services.
- Stakeholder Management, maintaining customer relationships.
- IT Service Delivery, partner with technical team on communication and coordination of all deliverables and changes.
- Resource management for on-site technical support.
- Monthly invoice review and approval.
- Management of master schedule incorporating all in-flight and upcoming project, resolve scheduling conflicts, weekly reporting to client.
- Partner with Project Managers on project scope, resource availability, budget analysis, and schedules in alignment with master program schedule.
- Project budget and cost control.
- Proposal/estimate preparation and development.
- Requirements gathering and documentation (use cases, business rules, user stories).
- Process review and improvement.
- Contract Management, coordinate with client leadership and contractor contracts manager to facilitate contract changes, as required.
- Strategic Planning, facilitate executive sessions to identify, prioritize, and define business strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Information Technology or related fields with 12-15 years of experience or Masters Degree with 10-13 years of experience or a HS Diploma or equivalent and 16+years of experience
