Job Description

Rock Fin Countertops, a leading fabricator & installer of countertops in Texas since 1997, is recruiting an Accounting Assistant who will work alongside company Accountant. The Accounting Admin Assistant will perform the following duties:

  • Payroll
  • HR duties such as maintain personnel files & PTO records
  • Manage & maintain insurance policies
  • Billing
  • Process payments upon approval
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist company Accountant in other tasks as needed
  • Willingness to being responsible for other projects and initiatives as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • 2+ years’ experience w/ an Accounting software
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues, management and in all external interactions.
  • Advanced computer skills with strong skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
