OVERVIEW:

The Accounts Payable Clerk reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for supporting the Finance team.:

ROLE SUMMARY:

Meets the needs of our managers and employees by providing quick and accurate service in a professional manner. Completes accounts payable duties according to established company policies and procedures. Posts appropriate entries in accounting and Accounts Payable systems. Performs other accounting duties as required.:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter Accounts Payable invoices into the accounting system:

Prepare payment batches in the billpay software:

Update internal spreadsheets:

File invoices electronically:

Respond to payment requests and assist in research:

Participate in ad-hoc calls with team members throughout the day:
