Job Summary

Our EverWest Property Services Division is looking for an experienced administrative assistant familiar with providing support to property management personnel and/or other multi-level management corporate roles. This role is performed onsite at our Denver, CO headquarters and reports to the Manager, Property Management Operations.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Willing and capable of performing both the operational and analytical tasks associated with the role
  • Comfortable in situations that require a high degree of problem solving and clarification to resolve
  • Looking to grow with the role as our company grows and evolves

Background Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional knowledge in managing and coordinating schedules
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative assistance
  • Impeccable customer service skills for both internal and external customers
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases

Key Deliverables

  • Handles and schedules meetings,
  • Sorts and distributes mail,
  • Performs word processing and filing of correspondence,
  • Screens and directs external calls/internal communications,
  • Coordinates receipt and distribution of documents
  • May coordinate executive travel schedules.
  • May also assist in specific support tasks for the department or functional area they serve such as budgeting, expense tracking, or special projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
