Job Description

Office Assistant Tasks

  • Check voicemail & call back numbers
  • For persons who told you call back the following day, call them back
  • Answer office phone on second ring
  • Call persons on list and collect customer information (300 Minimum-500/day) If email is collected, before you leave send out emails to all customers
  • Research commercial accounts, contact management
  • Create Excel spreadsheet, enter data collected from commercial accounts
  • Ensure office supplies are in stock
  • Order office supplies Must review supply list with Noel Assist Noel with tasks outside of the Office
  • Store runs
  • Creating estimate and following up with customers.
  • Good with apple computers
  • ( imac,ipad,iphone,macbook) you will be using .
  • Reaching out to vendors .
  • Travel options
  • Typing skills , Computer educate 100%

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
