Job Description

Side By Side Nutrition (SBSN) is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. Administrative Assistant will work 10 am MST- 1 pm MST Monday- Friday, with the potential to move to 8-3 pm MST, M-F, over the next several months, supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, billing, client support, and ensuring our staff is supported.

Compensation:

$15 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake calls and emails.
  • Support billing department.
  • Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by SNSN.
  • Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
  • Some creative projects.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
