Job Description

This role is critical to ensuring that RCO Leadership, staff and workforce is appropriately supported on normal office functions such as:
  • Setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files
  • Interviewing callers and making proper referrals
  • Arranging meetings and conferences
  • Receiving, referring, or answering mail.

This role also is critical to generating Non Reference Deliveries (NRD’s) for multiple functions, working closely with support staff members on office supply needs, providing necessary/required access to departmental areas of control, assisting 3PL business partners on NEAT access capabilities, and assisting Senior Leadership with staffing plans.

This candidate will work directly with the Senior Managers on the execution to policies and procedures associated with Production Control Operations to include the Replenishment RCO execution of critical processes in support of Production Operations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules for leaders.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.

  • Experience with Concur expense reporting.

  • Ability to provide correspondence and memorandums, review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.

  • Experience in Systems, Applications, and Processes (SAP) application .

  • P2P Web Based Ordering System in support of ordering office supplies for staff members.

  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Policies, Procedures, and Regulations in the field of Operations / Production Control
  • Ability to generate Non-Reference Deliveries (NRDs)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
