Job Description

$16.00 per hour starting pay for staff who are able to work after school and on the weekends. We are committed to working around school schedules for staff who are in High School and College. Archways to Opportunity provides a tuition benefit of up to $2500 annually for part time employees (15 hours or more per week) and up to $3000 for full time employees (30 hours or more per week). You are eligible after only 90 days of employment! As a crew member you will be trained on all key areas of the restaurant. Once those areas are mastered crew members are eligible to advance to higher positions including Trainer, Production Manager and Shift Manager with corresponding higher pay rates and benefits.

As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked
