Job Description

The Boathouse is an independent, award-winning Creative Agency/Studio for Apple, Verizon, Netflix, Trustpilot, SingleCare, Ollie, and others with offices in LA, New York, and Cape Town.

We are hiring a part-time Project Manager to assist in organizing, coordinating and executing an Experiential / Virtual Event in New York in Late May. The Exhibit will include an immersive Exhibit, a Concert, a Live Stream and a Metaverse Activation.

Job Details:

Manage Schedules and Budgets for multiple elements of the Event
Coordinate Crew, Locations, Vendors
Work directly with Agency Leadership to report regularly on status of project
Stay vigilant of potential challenges / issues and creatively problem solve

Requirements:

Must have meaningful experience as Agency Project Manager
Must be local to Eastern Time Zone

Location: Fully Remote
