The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
Qualifications:
- Experience with open-source intelligence / due diligence or classified intelligence research and analysis is required.
- Experience using commercial databases, accessing corporate and financial records, and performing supply chain and corporate structure mapping is strongly preferred.
- Experience with sanctions, targeting, investigations, and evidentiary/fact-based writing (to include sourcing) is preferred. Academic writing experience (e.g., research papers, thesis, etc.) and technical writing experience would be considered relevant experience.
- Monitor and track vessels, yachts, planes, and helicopters; identify beneficial owners; track real estate
- Experience performing assessments, including pertaining to impact, regions, industries, economies, etc.
- Experience working for or with Department of State, Department of the Treasury, Department of Commerce or similar agency is preferred. Experience coordinating with different Government agencies, including the Intelligence Community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chinese/Mandarin, Russian, Korean, or other language skills are preferred. Maritime, shipping, oil, gas, economic, narcotics trafficking, human rights, or regional/foreign policy knowledge or experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, change, and ambiguity.
