  • The Product Analyst serves as the voice of the customer to the product team by using their skills and tools to measure how our customer is interacting with the product. This individual will also evangelize the desired customer experience across other product teams to ensure a consistent, and industry leading, experience
  • The role is a part of the Manage Travel team within the Customer Experience group.

  • Gain a deep understanding of Manage Travel customer facing functionality and provide product expertise & insights
  • Assists Product Owners & Product Managers to identify, assess, and prioritize pain points faced by customers when they view their reservation and attempt to make changes to it.
  • Focuses on metrics and product health to ensure that customer facing functionality is working as expected. Expresses a keen interest to learn digital analytics tools such as Quantum Metric and Adobe Analytics to assist with product health tracking.
  • Partners with the technical team to define expected behaviors to clarify successful customer outcomes
  • Contributes towards the crafting and measurement of product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School graduate
  • Understanding of Agile principles and development practices
  • Demonstrate analytical and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline knowledge
  • College graduate (Undergraduate)
  • Experience with using Sabre, Rally, and Quantum Metrics an added plus
