We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in the insurance industry. You will be working on complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting coverage opinions and memoranda on complex insurance coverage issues
• Analyzing insurance policies and identifying coverage issues
• Attending depositions and hearings
• Conducting legal research and writing briefs and motions
• Managing cases from inception through trial
• Working collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members
• Maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California
• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
