Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Working Relationship with District and placed resources:
  • Introductory Calls and onboarding for all newly signed contractors.
  • Introduction and growth calls with all districts on book of business.
  • Periodic check-in with all contractors and districts on book of business.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for all contractors and districts on book of business.
  • Manage and resolve all day-to-day issues for resources and districts on book of business.
  • Provide counseling and direction to placed contractors and provide resources for behavior issues and conflict resolution.
  • Provide mediation between District and Contractor when expectations and outcomes aren’t being met on either side helping to create a clear and concise written plan of action with measurable results and follow-through.
  • Visit therapists/clients at their sites if feasible.
Develop working relationships with internal division resources:
  • Partner with recruitment to ensure contractors on assignment complete contracts.
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure appropriate and successful placements.
  • Partner with Business Development to ensure accuracy in district and job requirements.
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits to ensure appropriate compensation.
Sales Force
  • Logging Calls/Events/Follow up.
  • Managing daily workload through dashboards, reports, and alerts
  • Renewals for next school year Work with clients to gauge their interest in extending the active therapist.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or relationship focused disciplines.
  • Possess expert computer skills, including full suite of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams
  • Strong organizational and written/verbal interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at business and individual level fostering trust and engagements as a valued partner
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to prioritize competing duties.
  • Demonstrates ability to develop trusting relationships with customers and the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in maintaining those relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to mediate between contractors and district personnel to provide a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Ability to have tough conversations including but not limited to sharing negative feedback to both contractors and districts and occasionally providing correction and disciplinary actions per company policy including but limited to formal disciplinary action and termination.
  • Ability to succinctly recap conversations and activities with contractors and district personnel in Sales Force.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral.
  • Adapts to the needs of the company by demonstrating flexibility and performing other duties as assigned.
