Role Description Summary:
The bartender is responsible for providing outstanding service to our "GUY" friends sitting at the bar and in our dining room.
Duties:
Welcome all guests
Follows all steps of Guy's Signature Bar Service
Suggestively selling Signature Guy Creations and Specials
Treating guests as family
Prepares bar beverages to recipe
Brings the bar to "GUY" life
Maintains a clean, sanitized, and organized bar
Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members!
Have "GUY" fun!
Requirements:
Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays
A minimum of 6 months of work experience in a high volume restaurant bar
A TAM card (preferred)
Enjoy interacting with families and children
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Enjoy having "GUY" fun!
