ie is a neighborhood eatery at heart, using the freshest ingredients available to us we put our twist on Italian dining. Conveniently located on the Minnehaha Parkway nestled between the lakes of south Minneapolis. It is inspired by the dining traditions of the Italian family; community, laughter, and conversation.

As our team prepares for the season, we are looking to add an individual that enjoys a fast-paced environment and engaging guests. Come help us serve our guests by making the best scratch Italian experience in the cities and contributing to a innovative Italian beverage program. Our teams work with preparation in fresh ingredients, prepping items, and buildings food items.

SCHEDULES OUTLINE: Our team works a minimum of 3-4 days/shifts a week, with start times ranging between 2:30pm-5:00pm. We are currently looking for a long-term team member to join our team that has availbity to work premium weekend and weekday shifts and seasonal set schedules. We set out schedules for months so our team can plan outside long term activities.

What we look for:

• Proven experience in a fast past high-quality environment
• Experience in either bartending, full service restaurants
• Enjoys actively engaging customers and team members
• Able to work a minimum of three shifts/15+ hours a week
• Love for all things Italian, scratch kitchens, and artisan bartending
• 1+ years experience in the hospitality field preferred
• Weekend, sunday, and non seasonal work
• Enjoys menu development and creating new beverages

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $55.00 per hour
