Bartender

Quince Fort Worth is looking for dynamic and friendly individuals to join our Bar team! In this role every shift is a different experience. We have two beautiful bars.. one service focused working in a high volume/fast paced enviornement providing drinks for the service team while also balancing guests waiting to dine and overflow from our lounge area. The second bar is outside with stools ponied up to the bar looking out at the Trinity River and more guest focused. Both are equally as important for the success of our team but it creates some great variety in your role!

Who is Quince? Quince began in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and is an award winning restaurant who also happened to be voted the number one rooftop restaurant in the world. Our global cuisine caters to all types of guests, features breathtaking views, and upscale service with genuine hospitality.

What to expect in your role...

• Demostrate warm, friendly, high energy personality and service with a positive attitude
• Experience in full-service dining and knowledge of upscale steps of service
• Organized, efficient, meticulous with attention-to-detail on all operational matters
• Flexible schedule with open weekend availability
• Polished, professional demeanor with a warm hospitable disposition
• Strong beverage knowledge with an emphasis on wine service and education
• Current/recent bar experience is a must
• Familiar working with hand crafted cocktails and executing them at a high volume pace

Quince is expanding its brand to the US, bringing the Quince Experience to the banks of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas, with plans of expanding to Austin. Quince will open its doors in Fort Worth in December 2022.
