Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Controller, we are seeking highly-detailed bookkeeper to assist in Data Entry, Bank Reconciliation, and financial statement preparation in conformance with policies and practices as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Enter and perform bank reconciliations of property-level accounts monthly
- Enter accounts payable invoices into AP/AR software (currently Bill.com)
- Be able to respond to emails within 24 hours of receipt
- Experience using Xero, Bill.com, Gusto is a significant plus
- Experience in real-estate accounting, bookkeeping or clerical background is a significant plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
