Job Description

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. Our work depends on a Business Process Analyst joining our team to analyze business and technical processes on new initiatives and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) in support of EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager application.

Daily responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the day to day operations of the product
  • Researching product metrics and methodology
  • Analyzing specific commercial properties
  • Communicating with external stakeholders
  • Working with the customer on identifying product limitations and future enhancements.
  • Working with user community to maximize product adoption and satisfaction

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong critical thinking, an analytical mindset, and research ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently
  • Self-driven, motivated, organized
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Experience with Energy, Waste, and Water Benchmarking and Modeling
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk
  • Environmental degree, certification, or demonstrated interest preferred
