Job Summary: Responsible for using knowledge of industry technology systems and business strategies to help Loan Operations maximize productivity and communication. Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and develops and implements solutions. Duties include talking with management to determine their needs, coordinating with IT professionals to create or update software based on those needs and training company employees on how to use the software effectively in their daily jobs. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:

  • All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Responsible for mapping data, and syncing account information for conversion projects, system implementation and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other documentation related to workflows.
  • Documents business requirements and functional specifications for loan operations systems.
  • Analyzing workflows and identifying areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of duplication.
  • Maintains loan operations system documentation, including user guides, workflows, and training materials.
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Recommends controls by identifying gaps and risks.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change.
  • Ensures Business Continuity Plans are kept current and supported by various back-up systems or processes.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Business or information services degree preferred. Three years’ experience in business or data analytics, programming, system, or database management required.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Microsoft technologies and business process management software.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
