Description:
-Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. -Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options. -Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. -Log information into Access Database -Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

Flexible work schedule - Willing to work overtime and weekends Strong and articulate communication skills Being able to multitask between inbound and outbound calls Someone who doesn't need to be monitored and can be proactive during slower times Candidates can expect a 40+ hr work week during busy season. Two shifts available: 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm. Occasional mandatory overtime on Saturdays based on work load.
