Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for a Business Development Center Representative to join our successful team We are a family owned dealership that has been in business since 1959, with a fantastic reputation for customer service!! Business Development Center Representative Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to establish service appointments
  • Generate service appointments by responding to internet inquires in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to product information resources based on needs
  • Accurately enter data into CRM, including detailed notes
  • Follow up with leads as well as existing customers, including confirming appointments or rescheduling missed appointments
  • Keep up with daily task, to increase productivity

Business Development Center Representative Requirements:

  • Bilingual Preferred **
  • English and Spanish**
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously
  • Must have a valid TX Driver's License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Business Development Center Representative Compensation:

This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.
