• Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
• Continually learning about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
• Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Sales: Practice time management, log everyone you work with, perform trade evaluations with customers, utilize checklists for sales, establish and meet personal and team sales goals.
• Merchandising: Assist with making the lot look excellent (keeping rows straight, rotating inventory, filling holes, etc.)
• Sales Support: Building rapport, giving guests undivided attention, excellent vehicle presentation, adhering to requirements in sales process (i.e. showing required videos)
• Customer Enthusiasm: Follow vehicle delivery process according to franchise and dealership requirements, follow up with all guests in a timely manner during buying process & after sale, develop and maintain lifetime relationships for repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
