We are Quad Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to help adults living with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own fully accessible apartments. We accomplish this through optional, resident directed, 24/7 supportive services for all aspects of daily living. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will assist residents with full transfers using hoyers, bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, cooking, and feeding (meal assistance).

Job Title: PCA (Personal Care Attendant)
Pay: Starting pay is $17 an hour ($18 for night shift) with an additional $1 per hour for good attendance.

As a Personal Care Attendant Professional, you bring us:

Job Duties:
Assist residents with severe physical disabilities with every day needs including but not limiting to:
-Grooming, dressing and assistance with medications.
-Bladder and bowel care.
-Transfer, turn and position changes.
-Cooking, eating, and doing laundry.
-Document and take legible records or performed tasks.
Job Requirements:
-QUAD Inc. is requiring all staff to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and be able to provide their vaccination card.
