We are seeking Direct Caregivers (Direct Support Professionals) for various departments throughout our organization:
- Assisted Living Facility-Suffolk, VA
- Residential Homes-Suffolk, VA
- Day Support Program-Suffolk, VA

Responsibilities and Duties of Direct Support Professional:
- Assisting with the implementation of consumer treatment plans
- Caring for, monitoring, evaluating, and maintenance of a safe environment for individuals identified with one or more of the following:
- Developmental Disabilities (Adult or Child)
- Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) (Children /Adolescents)
- Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Abuse (SMI/SA).
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or GED Certificate
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record
- Experience with those that are Developmentally Disabled/Mental Health or residential setting
