Position Description: House of Hope (HOH) is searching for a fulltime Residential Case Manager to assist the women served by HOH. Make a difference in peoples lives and our community! This role is critical to HOH clients and the organization. We will teach the successful candidate how to assess clients needs, connect them with appropriate resources, accurately document services, learn healthy boundaries, and maintain client safety. Coordinating care with clinical staff and becoming a direct line of support to our clients are key to success in this position.

Connect clients with important resources and communicate with their support systems to ensure long-term success. Help develop therapeutic interventions for clients, hold them accountable to their goals, and reward them for their excellent work.
This is critical position based at the main HOH treatment center, which is nestled between downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah.

?The successful House of Hope applicant will:
Teach womens groups (curriculum provided) on topics such as recovery education, relapse prevention, self-sufficiency, behavior management, etc.
Link women with community resources that enrich their recovery process
Complete all necessary documentation with a high level of computer proficiency and time management
Be a team player, willing to share best practices with colleagues as well as learn from other's successes

Do these qualifications match your education, experience, and/or skillset?
Bachelors degree, if not already licensed
Willing to work toward Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) or Advanced SUDC (ASUDC) or Social Service Worker (SSW) licensure
Hardworking and organized; willing and able to hit the ground running
Assertive communication skills with good boundaries and stress management
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and can learn data entry systems

Education Required:
Bachelors degree
Willing to work toward Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) or Advanced SUDC (ASUDC) or Social Service Worker (SSW) licensure

Hours/Schedule:
Full-time
40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:30am and 5:00pm (one evening per week on rotation)
On-call, as needed (stipend available for on-call shifts)

Agency Requirements:
This is a non-smoking work site (no tobacco products allowed onsite)
Must be +21 years old
Must be able to pass extensive background check
Must be able to pass drug test (results are based on FEDERAL guidelines for illegal substances)
If in recovery, must have at least 2 years of continuous sobriety
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shot (or be willing to start the vaccination process immediately)
Must be willing to be seasonally vaccinated against the flu
Must have personal reliable transportation, drivers license, and clean driving record

?Wages & Benefits:
$18/hour, plus

Fulltime benefits package, including:
Paid training
Licensure fees paid
Health insurance (90% of employee premium paid by HOH)
Dental insurance (100% of employee premium paid by HOH)
2x salary life insurance policy
