Step 1: Pick your job type(s)

Per Diem Shifts | Enjoy Your Freedom

• These are day-to-day shifts in your local area. If you love having the freedom and flexibility of picking when and where you work, then this option is calling your name. You will be in full control of your schedule, earning $20+ per hour with the opportunity to earn extra cash on last-minute and hard-to-fill shifts.

Local Long-Term Assignments | Guarantee Your Hours

• Our local long-term assignments are for those who are looking for guaranteed hours close to home as well as a customized, set schedule and income. These are typically 4-13 weeks in length, have less cancellations, a steadier work environment, and increased relationship building as you will be at the same facility for a set amount of time.

Travel Long-Term Assignments | Start Your Adventure

• Our travel long-term assignments are for those wanting to make a difference while traveling and exploring! These are typically 8-13 weeks in length and will work best for those who have an itch for sight-seeing and visiting new places but aren’t tied down to one area. You can expect to earn $1,200 - $1,700 per week, which includes housing and travel stipends to help you along the way.

Step 3: Ensure you meet our requirements

• An active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you wish to work in. Plus, our team can help you get certified in other states to broaden your opportunities!
• A minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• We respect your right to make an informed choice regarding the COVID-19 vaccine; however, due to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rule, we will need 1 of the 3 documentations on file:
• Your vaccine card proving you have received or are in the process of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
• A request for medical exemption.
• A request for religious exemption.
