Job Description

We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to help us with preparation of small children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education. Your duties will include teaching them important elements of the school life and maintaining their healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate in the next level of education.

You should have a great love and patience for children٫ as well as possess knowledge of best practices and preschool educational methods and the ability to engage children and earn their trust and attention.

Preschool Teacher responsibilities are:
  • Prepare a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
  • Monitor each child's activity to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
  • Utilize a wide range of educational techniques٫ such as storytelling٫ educational play٫ and so on٫ to teach children
  • Assist children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum٫ such as identifying shapes٫ numbers or colors٫ doing crafts and so on
  • Guide children to interact with each other and resolve any arguments
  • Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
  • Organize nap and snack hours
  • Interact with parents on a daily basis٫ to understand the children’s background and psyche to inform them about their children's progress this is crucial for parent engagement with providers.
  • Work together with other educators٫ discussing your progress and sharing ideas
  • Keep a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety.
