American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a remote Customer Service Representative for our inbound Claims contact center in Phoenix, AZ. As our customer service representative, you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. You may also answer inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation.

Overtime during catastrophes is required.
