Your role:
Contribute directly to achieving the strategy and sales targets by operational management of products and product lines throughout their life cycles. Execute Marketing strategies operationally. Manage customer requests for existing products portfolio and customization.

Location: Hybrid in St. Louis MO or Cleveland OH

Key Accountabilities/Job Specific Competencies:
  • Drive analysis and development of product portfolio in the short and long term via life cycle management.
  • Support new product launches and ensure addition of new products into the systems on time, including the collection of product information, coordination of internal functions. Accountable for product master data consistency.
  • Drive supply risk mitigation activities to avoid or minimize supply disruptions, e.g., second sourcing strategies, product, and packaging improvement, identify and support back up strategies develop communication to support sales team in their communication with customer on supply disruptions.
  • Maintenance in real time of the RYG status of products.
  • Coordination of the preparation of the supply disruption communication for the info box for sales teams.
  • Ensure that CAPAs are implemented to correct critical complaints and issues affecting products and their availability.
  • Represent the commercial business interest in internal projects and discussions relevant to individual products, e.g., e-commerce, labels, packaging, quality and regulatory.
  • Drive and support various projects to optimize business targets, e.g., complex change projects, portfolio analysis, customer complaints, compliance projects
  • Support investment planning and process improvement measures in operations by providing necessary product specific information.
  • Manage the evaluation & quotation for product specific modifications for products within scope, e.g., packaging, labeling, pack sizes, shipment, documentation, Quality and Regulatory related projects.
  • Manage the execution of customer specific modifications of to the products within scope by ensuring that all customer and market requirements are implemented for existing and future orders.
  • Support the establishment of agreements, supply, and quality agreements.
  • Support and coordinate customer specific product related requests for documentation, technical and regulatory support, facilitate customer meetings with relevant SMES.
  • Support customer communications, for commercial, Quality and CCN teams.
  • Support the revenue forecasting process for products in scope.
  • Support stock allocation for products in scope.
  • Manage product data, accountable for product master data consistency.
Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven track record leading internal projects including stakeholder management in a matrix environment, strong networker and goal getter.
  • Customer orientated mindset and strong communicator.
  • Proficient working with internal systems and with products relevant master data (SAP, Trackwise, MDG-M, Mango etc).
  • 4+ years of professional experience within pharmaceutical or chemical industry: Marketing, Sales, technical, Supply Cahin or a combination.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. English - written / Oral
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Mature judgment, problem solving and decision-making ability
