Small balance commercial real estate mortgage lender is in need of someone to prepare our closing packages. We need you to prepare the closing package, check the title work and communicate with the title company, as well as post close and review the file prior to disbursement.
Candidate should have experience in commercial mortgage documentation preparation for entities as well as more then one collateral property and title reports.
This is a contract and outsourcing opportunity can to it remotely and at a time that's convenient to you.
