Finance Control & Reporting Analyst – Financial Reporting
Job Description:
This position is a key member of the Financial Reporting team for Frito-Lay North America. This role will be responsible for banking/cash management for all of Frito-Lay, including cash deposits and bank account management, and will provide the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions of the organization to facilitate cash deposits and payments. This position will also participate in ad-hoc financial reporting projects such as government reporting, processing journal entries, and working with our robotics team. This position provides the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with numerous career growth opportunities at Frito-Lay and other divisions of PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

  • Process cash deposits and preparation of related journal entries
  • Manage bank account transactions relating to cash deposits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assist in cash management and payment
  • Assist with period-end close procedures such as clearing of banking transactions and assisting in bank reconciliations
  • Maintain internal control procedures
  • Support external audit requests
  • Complete ad hoc projects as requested such as government reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
