  • The Coordinator, Human Resources performs a wide variety of duties to support the Team Member Experience and People Business Partner team members


What you'll do


  • Support People Team initiatives. For example, onboarding new People team members ensuring they have everything needed for a successful start
  • Use technology ( e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Smart Sheet) to develop new and improve existing administrative processes
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate participation, and arrange for meeting space
  • Compile and prepare presentations and take accurate meeting notes
  • Perform Timekeeper duties
  • Coordinate supply purchases for the team
  • Prepare expense reports


All you'll need for success


Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint),
  • Independent judgement and decision making skills
  • Exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in carrying out duties
  • Perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
  • Successfully manage multiple task/projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, along with capacity for attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization


Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Current or previous Human Resources experience
  • Experience with SharePoint, Smart Sheet, Success Factors , Adobe Acrobat and WorkBrain
