Description:
Assist with bid package preparation and contractor selection. Conduct post bid verification (including quantity/rate check and award recommendation). Track and analyze project costs (including budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, and forecasts). Analyze the forecast to budget and estimate, forecast to actuals, and contingency analysis. Develop, track, analyze, forecast, and process on site field changes. Responsible for performing weekly contractor meeting to review, negotiate, and approve change orders before submitting to procurement. Assist with cost report preparation and provide input with contractor forecasting. Create, maintain, and repost earned value progress measurement for unit rate contracts. Review and comment on both the master schedule and contractor specific work schedules. Guide and support the close out of contracts to ensure all necessary documentation is complete with relevant back charges applied.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field. 5+ years experience Experience in semi-conductor manufacturing is a plus. Expertise in Excel (producing reports and graphs). Familiarity with P6 and Microsoft Project schedules is a plus.
