Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will assist customers with inquiries regarding their purchases. CSRs work closely with the sales and purchasing departments to resolve customer issues and questions. Common tasks include: updating customers on order status, assisting customers in determining product needs, providing pricing and stock information, placing orders, and processing returns.
