The Customer Service Representative follows the company's customer service policies and processes to deliver timely customer satisfaction. This position responds to client needs and supports coworkers by performing the following duties:
Communicate with customers via phone and email. Always keeping a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the communities we manage.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 PST

High School Diploma
Experience at Customer Service Companies 2+ years
Experience handling demanding customers
Experience within a call center for American Customers
Strong English-speaking and writing skills.
