Join our dynamic team as a Homeowner Success Representative, where you will have the opportunity to utilize your excellent communication skills and computer literacy to assist homeowners and small business owners alike. This role offers a balanced combination of appointment setting with homeowners and data entry tasks. The Responsibilities
The position consists of calling homeowners, data entry, and detailed CRM updates in varying amounts per day. Candidates must be proficient with basic computer literacy tools, mainly google apps (Gmail, Google Drive, etc), and able to follow our company’s procedures.

While experience is helpful it is not necessary, and many of the skills you’ll use as part of the Leed Seed team will be taught as you go.
Strong work ethic and the ability to apply skills taught during training are all important; but the most important qualification is that you are driven and coachable.

Pay Period
Every two weeks paid one week in arrears.
Schedule
This is a full time position, so you must be available for a full time schedule during the day. Weekend availability is also appreciated.
