Job Description:

· Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent. Experience in an office environment, prior call center experience preferred.

· Candidates should be within 1 hour of: Urbandale, IA - Franklin, MA - Houston, TX - Tampa, FL - Miami, FL

· Training & work will be remote.

· Candidates need to have a quiet/professional space to take calls and work with minimal distractions.

· While this is work from home, breaks are scheduled and the candidates will be expected to be present and online when working for the full shift outside of scheduled break times.

Training & Shift Information:

• 6/28 thru 6/30 – Training (7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST)

• 7/5 thru 7/12 – Training (off on 7/3 and 7/4 for holiday) (7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST)

• 7/13 thru 7/21 – Nesting (7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST)

• 7/24 – Move to their regular schedules.

· We will have ½ of the team work 7:50 am to 4:20 pm CST, and the other ½ will work 8 am to 4:30 pm CST

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
