Your mission, like a Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Follow through with policies related to appropriate electronic lead management, lead management systems, and electronic medical records system
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota or goals
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with lead manage systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Pay: From $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
