Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Responsibilities: Include some or all the following but not limited to:

• Analyze data to report critical attributes required for internal NOAA reporting and for external reporting to Treasury, OMB and other stakeholders, for performance, risk management, internal controls and other data needs for decision making.
• Compile NOAA reporting and query requirements to provide input and support an assessment of proposed enterprise data warehouse (EDW) with data from the BAS applications other DOC administrative systems (Grants, Travel, Human Resources/Payroll), and other external and bureau systems and associated reporting solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S citizen or Green Card Holder
• BS/BA degree in a related area (or equivalent), and 2 to 4 years of experience in related areas.
• Must have direct knowledge of or experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS), Unison PRISM, Sunflower Property Management and Enterprise Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence and Accenture Insights Platform (AIP)
• Minimum of eight years data analysis experience.
• Required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit documentation of proof of vaccination or request a legally required exception from this requirement.
