Job Description: Full-Time Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our organization. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisions and strategies. You should have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and be able to apply them effectively. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to explain methods and findings to non-statistician team members and audiences. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience and possess a strong conceptual and analytical skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and strategies.
• Develop data models and algorithms to optimize data.
• Perform statistical analysis using industry-standard software packages.
• Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Create visualizations to communicate analysis results.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and reports.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Minitab, Visio, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Industry experience with SQL, Tableau, Oracle, SQL Server Studio, and other cloud data systems.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, able to interpret and apply statistical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to explain methods and findings to non-statistician team members and audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
