As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will work with both outside software vendors and internal departments to research and resolve software licensing issues. You will be responsible for tracking the utilization of software products, both internal and external, to ensure that our company is compliant with agreements. In addition you will be negotiating with vendors on various terms, conditions, and pricing present in contracts and making necessary purchases. Other responsibilities will include researching new vendors and products, and completing necessary processes to obtain them for use by internal departments. You will also be responsible for documenting agreements along with providing reports and any pertinent information to management as requested.
