SYNC Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic and reliable, team players to deliver Amazon packages in Fremont.Delivery Associates (DA) strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Driving experience is not required, but a get it done attitude is a must! Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required! Shifts Available: 10-hour shifts, 4-day workweek 5 Hour Shifts, 7-days a week (Start AM or PM) 10:30am Start - 8:30pm End (depending on load time)

General Responsibilities:

• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We strive to deliver every package with a smile to our customers.
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
• Routinely deliver 220+ packages per day in 10 hours or less.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered, per company specifications.
• Periodically provide delivery support to other team members
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Drive a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to residences and businesses.
• Able to get in/out of van and walk up/down stairs through your shift.

Work Environment:

• Flexibility is key; routes vary and may be delayed and this is a fast paced highly motivated environment.
• Shifts are 10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Hours and schedule may change to accommodate peak seasons and other factors.

Basic Qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Must consent to Drug Screen
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• Focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
• Prior experience in delivery, operation, and customer service
• Team player possessing leadership skills and high ethical standards
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude while working a self-directed environment
